Host Benefits

What's so special about hosting with Adjuster Housing?

Our renters are catastrophe workers, first responders in times of crisis. As a landlord working with Adjuster Housing, you can be a responder, too: you can provide a home, a haven of rest and refuge, to the people serving our communities in need.

Don't let us fool you into thinking this is a charity, though! We are here to help you make the profit you deserve. We believe this is a business transaction that is a win on all sides. We will show you how to meet the unique needs of catastrophe professionals so you can know that, over and above making a profit, you are opening your home to people who make a real difference in our communities.

Our catastrophe workers rent, and pay, on a week-to-week basis. While they may stay long-term, they are under no obligation to do so, and may choose not to renew without notice. This is because catastrophe workers are often deployed elsewhere sooner than expected, making it difficult for them to secure affordable housing, and creating this unique niche market that we, and our landlords, have stepped up to fill. Our landlords' willingness to host on a flexible basis is the number-one reason why catastrophe workers select our company, and our listings, as their temporary home.

Benefits for Hosts

Verified renters

Rest easy, knowing that your renter is an honest, hard-working professional. Most adjusters who find you through Adjuster Housing have undergone a series of checks to secure licensing.

Also, due to the nature of their work, our renters/adjusters are rarely home during the day, and really appreciate a quiet, restful environment at night!

Never have to deal directly with money

Adjuster Housing charges your guests before they arrive at your property, and your payment is automatically sent to you prior to your guest's scheduled check out.

We deduct an 10% processing fee from your payment, and no separate fee is charged for listing your property with us.
